日本語が話せない患者様につきましては、別途通訳費として5000円請求させていただいております。

If you have difficulty communicating in Japanese, please come with someone who can speak Japanese (an interpreter).

For patients who do not speak Japanese, an additional interpreter fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
